Royal Events specializes in Partial Planning and Day of Coordination services for weddings and many types of events.
You may choose to bundle services together, or choose services à la carte to meet your needs.
This service is specifically designed for couples who have a vision of their dream wedding, but no idea how to get there or maybe you have already secured the venue and reception sites but require some assistance in finding other vendors, budgeting or wedding time lines.
This option will provide you with guidance where you need it most.
Creating a detailed budget
Creating a planning worksheet with time lines and a to-do list
Itinerary planning – helpers, vendors and wedding party
Vendor recommendations – Cake, DJ, Photographer, Decor, Flowers, Hair and Make-up, etc.
Access to our wedding planning tool tailored for your needs
$125 / first hour
$50 / additional hour
Day-of or Month-of Coordination is the perfect service to ensure everything on your big day goes as planned.
We will work with you, your vendors, and venue to ensure events proceed as desired.

One assistant planner (if required)
Ceremony/reception site visit to cover all details, discuss timeline and needs
Unlimited communication from the day you contract our services until your big day
Supervision for ceremony and reception set up
Supervision for photography session
Assistance in orchestrating your ceremony schedule
Coordinating reception details/acting liaison for venue, DJ, MC, Photographer and helpers
We will arrive when needed and depart after the last event of the evening
Access to our wedding day emergency bag
Pricing is subject to the number of guests or ceremony/reception location.

Welcome! My name is Celyne and I am the owner and operator of Royal Events. I discovered my passion and love for weddings and event planning through personal experiences and sharing special moments with those I love.
Over the years, I have planned fundraising events, charity events, organized volunteer teams and group events for a variety of organizations.
